Job summary

StaffQuick is seeking a bilingual Recruiter in Pontiac, IL to support recruiting events, interview associates, and conduct on-site client visits. You will handle new hire orientations, proactively fill job orders, and assist with payroll and audits while ensuring client compliance.

This full-time role offers weekly pay at $18.50/hour, PTO with holidays, and paid vacation after a year, plus training provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and transportation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and conducting recruiting events in the surrounding areas.
• Interviewing and recruiting associates.
• On-site weekly client visits.
• New hire orientations.
• Recruit and fill all job orders proactively
• Performing basic administrative functions, as assigned.
• Assist with weekly payroll.
• Maintain weekly audits.
• Attend client tours.
• Conduct and remain compliant with all client requirements (i.e. bkg, DS, E-verify).
