Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks licensed or newly licensed clinicians to join our Massachusetts team as In-Home Behavioral Therapists (IHBS). You will provide structured, strength-based therapy in clients' homes, support caregivers, and help youth with behavioral-emotional needs.

Full-time or FFS hours available; supervision for licensure is provided. Competitive compensation with benefits, a $3,000 stay-on bonus at 6 months, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Access to laptop/internet/phone required for FFS/Full-Time roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.
• Support caregivers to understand children's needs and improve communication.
• Deliver mental health services to youth with behavioral-emotional needs.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with supervision for licensure.
