Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, strength-based interventions in a client’s home to treat youths’ behavioral needs and help caregivers understand patterns of behavior.

Ideal applicants are masters level, newly licensed with supervision for Independent Licensure; bilingual and PRIDE opportunities exist as well. Compensation is fee-for-service ($50–$70/hr).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders in children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to treat behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to improve understanding and communication with children.
• Improve family interactions and daily routines through targeted strategies.
