Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our Massachusetts team as In Home Behavioral Therapists (IHBS). This full-time role offers a rewarding path with generous compensation, a $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months, and premier benefits advancing licensure supervision.

You will provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes, support caregivers, and help youth overcome behavioral-emotional challenges while pursuing licensure.

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions.

Responsibilities

Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.
Support caregivers to better understand children's needs and improve communication.
Collaborate with families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
