Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. This in-home behavioral health role provides structured, strength-based interventions in a youth’s home to treat behavioral needs and support families.

Newly licensed clinicians receive supervision for Independent Licensure. Full-time IHBS with bilingual opportunities, competitive compensation, and a $3000 stay-on bonus at 6 months.

Formación

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Responsabilidades

• In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
• IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.
