Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking clinicians to join a growing team dedicated to improving youth and family mental health through in-home behavioral interventions. IHBS therapists support caregivers to understand children’s needs by exploring behavior patterns and improving communication.

This full‑time role offers supervision for independent licensure, bilingual English/Spanish opportunities, competitive compensation ($64k–$72k base plus a $3,000 stay‑on bonus at 6 months),

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred, including autism spectrum.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

• Provide structured, strength-based in-home behavioral interventions for youth.
• Support caregivers to understand children's needs and improve communication.
