Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our Massachusetts team to provide in-home behavioral therapy for youth and families. This role features a $3,000 stay-on bonus at 6 months and strong benefits in a rapidly growing organization.

Newly licensed Master’s level clinicians will receive supervision for Independent Licensure, with opportunities to expand skill sets and advance within a premier care provider in the community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community setting is highly desirable.
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.
• May offer Full-Time or Fee-for-Service hours and supervision for licensure as applicable.
