Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking qualified clinicians to join our growing team as In Home Behavioral Therapists (IHBS). The role delivers structured, strength-based therapy in a youth’s home, helping families understand and guide behaviors with compassionate support.

Master's level clinicians are welcome; supervision for Independent Licensure is provided. Bilingual capabilities and PRIDE opportunities are encouraged to apply for this thriving program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring behavior patterns and improving communication.
