Job summary
Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking Clinicians to join our growing home-based team. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs and support families.
This position offers supervision for independent licensure, competitive compensation with a $3,000 stay-on bonus at 6 months, and premier benefits.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
- Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings
- Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with autism spectrum children desirable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- Access to laptop/secure internet/phone for FFS positions
Responsibilities
- Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes
- Support caregivers to better understand children's needs and improve communication
