Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our team in Massachusetts. The Bilinugal In-Home Therapist will provide structured, strength-based therapy in a client’s home to address youth behavioral needs, while offering supervision for licensure and opportunities for professional growth.

Full-Time or Fee-for-Service options are available, with competitive compensation and premier benefits. Ideal for bilingual therapists pursuing licensure and expansion of skills in home-based care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred; autism spectrum experience desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available at this time.
• Access to a laptop, CPS, high-speed internet, and phone for FFS roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients’ homes.
• Address youth behavioral needs and support family engagement.
• Collaborate with supervisors for licensure supervision and ongoing professional growth.
