Job summary

Mia Aesthetics is seeking an In-Clinic Surgical Coordinator to greet patients, gather medical history, and support the consultation and booking process. You will assist with pricing discussions, scheduling surgeries, and ensuring all forms are completed in the patient portal.

Bilingual English/Spanish required to communicate with diverse patients in our Phoenix clinic. Responsibilities include patient intake, coordinating with doctors and CSS teams, and providing accurate pricing estimates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in the lobby and invite them to the consultation room.
• Provide patients with prep instructions for the assessment.
• Debrief the doctor on patient history and notes for consults.
• Take notes as the doctor assesses the patient for their procedure of interest.
• Assist in scheduling consultations and surgeries; discuss pricing and bookings.
• Create invoices and verify medical forms are signed and uploaded.
• Communicate with patients via text, email, or phone.
• Educate patients on procedures and booking expectations.
