Job summary

BI Incorporated in Houston is seeking a dedicated ISAP case manager to guide participants from entry to release under the DHS contract. You’ll administer program policies, coordinate services, and maintain confidential case records while meeting contractual obligations.

You’ll work with diverse communities, conduct home visits, and arrange translations and transportation resources. The role requires bilingual Spanish, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Develop and maintain case records and service plans.
• Conduct intake interviews and coordinate translations and resources.
• Install electronic monitoring equipment and monitor compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate legal and cultural orientation sessions.
• Complete progress reports and risk/needs assessments.
