Job summary

BI Incorporated in the ISAP program seeks a dedicated case manager to administer intensive supervision services under the DHS contract. This role focuses on individual service plans, intake, monitoring and coordination with community resources.

You will work with diverse participants, document progress, conduct home visits, and ensure compliance with federal requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• United States citizenship required.
• Must live in the U.S. 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Good typing skills to develop and maintain case records.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management and individual service plans for ISAP participants in conformance with state and federal regulations and program requirements.
• Maintains confidentiality of all records and ensures accurate case documentation.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientation sessions with ISAP participants within contractual timeframes.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment on ISAP participants and monitors compliance with the program.
• Coordinates with participants to secure travel documents and organize transportation where needed.
• Coordinates translation services and helps ensure clear communication.
• Performs home visits to verify participants' places of residence.
• Reviews service plans and writes progress reports as required by the contract.
• Reports program violations in a timely manner.
