Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required; valid driver's license and US citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain case records for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Meet with participants face-to-face regularly per contractual obligations.
• Install electronic monitoring equipment and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate with participants to ensure attendance at legal and orientation sessions.
• Provide access to translation services and connect participants with community resources.
• Conduct intake interviews and prepare progress reports in compliance with requirements.
