BI Incorporated seeks a Case Manager to oversee Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release, ensuring compliance with DHS contracts and program requirements.

Responsibilities include developing service plans, maintaining records, coordinating travel documents, and facilitating translation services. The role requires two years in customer service or case management, Spanish bilingual skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to work under contracts and meet program requirements.
• Must have resided in the U.S. within the last 3 of 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update case management and service plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintain accurate case records and protect confidentiality.
• Conduct intake interviews and participant orientations within contractual timeframes.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment as required.
• Coordinate translation and access to community resources.
• Manage schedules for counseling, court appearances, and orientation sessions.
• Prepare progress reports and document program adherence.
