Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced HRBP III to serve as a senior HR advisor to leaders across the organization in Houston. You will align workforce strategies with business goals and support complex employee relations to strengthen leadership and retention.

The role partners with directors and VPs on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and change management, mentoring junior HR staff and collaborating with recruiting, compensation,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
Minimum of four years of HR experience with business partnership responsibilities.
Experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational change.
Strong data analysis and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to directors and leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design.
Lead complex employee relations investigations and risk mitigation with HR leadership and legal as needed.
Drive workforce planning across multiple locations and business units to support growth.
Coach senior leaders on performance management, succession, and leadership development.
Partner with HR peers to analyze workforce metrics and translate data into actions.
Lead HR process improvements to enhance consistency, compliance, and employee experience.
