Maglio Companies seeks a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and provide guidance in English and Spanish. The role includes onboarding, recruiting support, payroll assistance, benefits administration, and confidential handling of employee information.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience providing high-level HR support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain policies, benefits, and HR processes clearly.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and run new hire orientations and onboarding in English and Spanish.
• Support recruiting by scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
• Assist with biweekly payroll by reviewing time records and changes.
• Maintain personnel files and HR records for benefits, hires, and performance reviews.
• Answer routine employee questions in English and Spanish; escalate complex items to HR leadership.
• Coordinate performance review scheduling and materials.
• Assist with workers’ compensation administration under HR leadership.
• Help create and update job descriptions, HR forms, and employee resources.
• Support employee engagement activities and training coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
