Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work with numbers/quantitative data.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and tracking for local evaluation.
• Provide timely collection of TRAC/NOMS and local evaluation data.
• Complete data entry of evaluation data.
• Gather SUPRT data and other data sets on clients at admission and discharge.
• Prepare reports for quarterly and annual reports.
• Follow up with residential clients monthly and conduct follow-up interviews.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
