Job summary

United Community Center is seeking a Bilingual HR Systems & Learning Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. The role ensures accurate HR data in Paycom, processes personnel changes, and develops practical HR procedures for staff and supervisors.

Working with HR leadership, you will coordinate staff development, manage training registrations, track completion, and generate reports to guide HR decisions. Strong communication in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least three years of HR experience, including HR systems, employee records, or personnel transactions.
• Experience with HR information systems; Paycom experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written, required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee information in Paycom and ensure data accuracy.
• Process personnel actions, changes, and approvals with proper documentation.
• Coordinate training and staff development activities; track required trainings.
• Prepare HR reports and communicate trends to HR leadership.
• Assist staff with Paycom features and resolve routine system issues.
