Job summary

Maglio Companies is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI to support day-to-day HR operations. The role handles onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience providing high level support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding in English and Spanish, including paperwork and HRIS setup.
• Assist with recruiting activities and scheduling interviews.
• Support biweekly payroll processing by reviewing time records and updating changes.
• Process employment verifications, garnishments, and levies under HR leadership.
• Maintain personnel files and records for benefits, hires, promotions, transfers, and reviews.
• Respond to routine employee questions in English and Spanish; refer complex matters to HR leadership.
• Coordinate performance review schedules and materials.
• Assist with workers’ compensation administration under HR direction.
• Help create/update job descriptions, HR forms, and resources.
• Support employee engagement and HR projects; maintain confidentiality.
