Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, training, and engagement. This role is five days onsite in Secaucus, NJ, and involves working with multi-location teams to ensure processes run smoothly and records remain accurate.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in HR or related field and 1–3 years of HR experience, with fluency in English and French preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Fluency in English and French preferred (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring for retail, warehouse, and corporate positions; schedule interviews and coordinate offers.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding across U.S. and Canadian locations; maintain personnel files.
• Update employee records and HR systems; ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits enrollment; respond to questions on compensation.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions; track attendance and materials.
