ID Logistics US in Somerset, NJ is seeking an HR Business Partner to be a trusted guide shaping our growth. You will provide on-site HR visibility, strategic partnership, and hands-on support to managers and teams in a fast-changing logistics environment.

You will implement talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance while promoting a positive culture and safety-focused practices at the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site HR management or HR leadership experience.
• Strong advisory experience with operations leaders on business practices and outcomes.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, local and state employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills for relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinking with practical HR solutions for complex issues.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule and after-hours as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish without translation tools or services.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with business goals and partner with operations leadership.
• Talent Management: Lead high-volume hourly and salary talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
• Employee Relations: Advise on complex employee relations issues and manage conflict resolution processes.
• Performance Management: Oversee appraisals, performance plans, and coaching for on-site staff.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure policies comply with local/state laws and provide guidance.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use HRIS data to drive decisions and report HR trends to senior management.
• Culture and Engagement: Promote a positive culture and high engagement at the site.
• Safety First: Enforce safety rules and report noncompliance to leadership.
