Qualifications

• 4+ years HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish — required.
• Hands-on experience with day-to-day HR functions.
• Knowledge of onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll/timekeeping, and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Comfortable working independently while supporting an HR team.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager with daily HR operations and employee needs.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
• Assist with employee relations and respond to employee questions and concerns.
• Support benefits administration and employee enrollment.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Help coordinate recruiting, interviews, and hiring activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with HR reports, audits, and other administrative tasks.
• Help coordinate employee training and company communications.
• Provide bilingual support to employees and management.
• Perform other HR duties and special projects as needed.
