Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR Specialist/HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required; read, write, speak fluently.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to the HR Manager across multiple HR functions.
• Assist with employee relations, onboarding, new-hire processes, personnel documentation, and HR administration.
• Maintain confidential employee records and support compliance-related documentation.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, leaves, and employee programs.
• Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management in both English and Spanish.
