Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR experience preferred, ideally in a generalist-style support role.
• Support day-to-day HR operations as a key partner to the HR Manager.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist for an urgent on-site opportunity in Camarillo, CA. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being involved in a wide range of human resources functions and serving as a trusted right-hand partner to the HR Manager. The Bilingual HR Specialist will assist with day-to-day HR operations, employee communication, compliance support, HR administration, and generalist-level responsibilities. Culture fit, professionalism, confidentiality, and long-term job stability are very important for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be dependable, polished, people-focused, and comfortable supporting employees in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Support day-to-day HR operations as a key partner to the HR Manager.
• Assist with employee communication, HR documentation, onboarding, and compliance coordination.
• Provide bilingual HR support for employees and leadership in English and Spanish.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to interview and communicate professionally in Spanish.
• 1 to 2 years of human resources experience preferred, ideally in a generalist-style support role.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to assist with a variety of HR duties and shift priorities as needed.
• Stable work history and a demonstrated commitment to long-term employment.
• Professional communication skills and a polished, service-oriented approach.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working fully on-site in Camarillo, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Associate degree may be considered.
• Prior experience supporting an HR Manager or HR leadership team.
• HR Generalist experience or exposure to multiple HR functions.
• Experience working in a professional office environment with a strong emphasis on culture, teamwork, and employee retention.
