Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking, reading, and writing is required
• Possess and maintain a California Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
• Willing to travel to other portfolio locations frequently
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and payroll software systems

Responsibilities

• Assist with Recruiting/Talent Acquisition and collaborate with hiring managers
• Develop targeted outreach and plan for staffing needs
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and draft offers
• Maintain candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System and enter new hires in Paycom
• Support HR/payroll, benefits administration, and policy enforcement
• Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and reporting
• Help with open enrollment and benefits communications
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws
