Qualifications

• 3+ years HR generalist experience, incl. CA employees.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; interpret and translate when needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated judgment with confidential and sensitive matters.
• Manages competing priorities against deadlines.
• HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site HR support to a bilingual workforce and advise supervisors on employee relations.
• Coordinate local hiring and onboarding; manage on-site orientations in English and Spanish.
• Escalate risks to the Regional HR Manager and support branch HR processes.
• Coach supervisors on attendance, performance, and policy application.
• Administer leave requests (CFRA, FMLA, PDL) and coordinate with Benefits.
• Maintain HR records, audit files, and reporting per compliance standards.
• Travel 30–40% between sites; support transfers and offboarding as needed.
