Bilingual HR & Recruiting Coordinator

Overview
A growing organization in the manufacturing and operations space is seeking an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support a new Northern California account and assist with a high-volume hiring environment. This role blends HR administration, onboarding, and recruiting coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both functions.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can jump in quickly, provide excellent employee support, and help drive recruiting and onboarding efforts for a large operational workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and first-round interviews
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist recruiters with managing multiple open requisitions
- Post jobs and support recruiting activities across various departments
- Help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
HR & Onboarding Support
- Process new hire onboarding and employee paperwork
- Guide employees through electronic onboarding systems
- Assist employees with system access, passwords, and required training
- Respond to HR-related questions and employee requests
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Process employee changes, including department updates, supervisor changes, and other HRIS updates
- Provide general HR administrative support to the team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- 2+ years of HR, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or related experience
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations activities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable conducting initial phone screens and coordinating interviews
- Experience working within HRIS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
- Manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, logistics, food production, or operations industry experience
- Experience supporting both HR and recruiting functions
- UKG Pro experience is a plus
- Experience working with large hourly workforces
