Mariani Landscape is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the full recruiting lifecycle for hourly and salaried roles, from sourcing to offers. The role supports onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of Recruiting or HR Generalist experience.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or seasonal hiring.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient in HRIS systems; Workday experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for hourly and salaried positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline via sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve efficiency.
• Assist with onboarding and first-day logistics.
• Represent the company at job fairs and events.
• Maintain confidential employee records in Workday.
• Respond to HR policy questions and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support HR process improvement projects.
