Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding for field and office staff across multiple locations in Texas. You will ensure a welcoming, compliant experience from offer to day one, including I-9, E-Verify, background checks, and new-hire documentation.

You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Safety, and operations to prepare start dates, equipment, PPE, access, and effective orientation.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking ability required.
• 2+ years of HR onboarding or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling I-9, E-Verify, and employment documentation.
• Experience with background checks and drug screening processes.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and employee data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for field and office hires across multiple locations.
• Facilitate pre-employment requirements and new hire documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of I-9, E-Verify, and records in HRIS.
• Prepare onboarding schedules, orientation materials, and communications.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Safety, and Operations to ensure access and equipment.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding audits.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
