About the Role

We are seeking an organized and people-focused HR Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of new employees in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will help ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company by coordinating all pre-employment and onboarding activities, including new-hire paperwork, background checks, orientations, badges, and required documentation. The HR Onboarding Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, HR team members, staffing agencies, and new employees to coordinate start dates and ensure employees are prepared for their first day. This position will support the onboarding of production, warehouse, technical, and professional employees across multiple shifts and locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, recruiting, administrative support, or a related role.
• Experience supporting a high-volume, fast-paced work environment; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
