Job summary

Haselden Construction is seeking an HR Operations & Onboarding professional to lead bilingual (Spanish/English) new hire orientation, coordinate onboarding through the first 90 days, and manage HRIS records. You will align with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, ensure I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and educate teammates on benefits during Open Enrollment.

The role covers Intern & Seasonal Programs, Craft Engagement, Office Support, Recruiting, and field interactions across Colorado sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years HR experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, benefits, and HRIS systems preferred.
• Servant leadership with strong communication skills.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead bilingual New Hire Orientation (Spanish/English) and ensure materials are up to date.
• Coordinate onboarding through the first 90 days with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
• Communicate orientation details, paperwork, and travel arrangements to new hires.
• Manage I-9 and E-Verify processes and maintain records.
• Maintain HRIS records and documents across UKG, Samba Safety, and TalentQuest.
• Assist with Open Enrollment and educate team members on benefits.
• Support leave, life events, and benefits communications in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with managers, safety, IT, and training.
