Job summary

Leapros, Inc. seeks an onboarding coordinator to ensure a seamless process for field employees, bridging English and Spanish throughout the candidate journey.

You will collaborate with client HR teams and internal staff to gather documentation, schedule trainings, and support compliance with I-9 and e-verification. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in onboarding or HR administration, and proficiency with HR software.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related.
• Experience in project coordination, onboarding, or HR administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding with candidates and client HR teams to schedule and facilitate requirements.
• Guide candidates through onboarding steps based on client requirements and location (English/Spanish).
• Handle background checks, drug screenings, I-9 and e-verification processes per regulations.
• Enter and maintain candidate data in the ATS; ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Translate onboarding materials and communications between English and Spanish.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and resolve payroll/onboarding discrepancies as needed.
