Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking a polished Bilingual HR Administrator in Irving, TX to manage onboarding and orientation for new hires across multiple locations. You will ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and create a positive experience for new team members.

In this contract-to-hire role, you will oversee documentation, coordinate background checks and drug screenings, and maintain precise HR records while serving as a professional point of contact for new employees

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR onboarding or coordinator experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Hands-on experience with I-9s and E-Verify processes.
• Experience handling background checks and drug testing.
• Experience facilitating or supporting orientation programs preferred.
• Strong record-keeping and compliance with HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate new hire orientation sessions for varying group sizes.
• Guide onboarding processes and ensure all required documents are completed.
• Process I-9 verifications and maintain onboarding records.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Audit onboarding files for compliance and completeness.
• Enter and maintain employee information in HR systems.
• Support onboarding logistics for multiple office locations as needed.
• Communicate onboarding schedules and next steps to hires and stakeholders.
• Serve as a professional, welcoming point of contact during onboarding.
