Complete Staffing LLC is seeking a bilingual HR Clerk fluent in English and Spanish to join our team in Texas. The role focuses on onboarding, data entry, and maintaining new hire records while providing quality candidate support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include face-to-face interaction with new hires, handling I-9 retention, and using Word and Excel. Pay is $15.00 per hour on Complete Staffing payroll with a business casual dress code and standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with email, scanning, and filing.
• Excellent typing speed (40 WPM) and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Face to face interaction with new hires
• Assist with data entry of employees' paperwork
• Scanning, importing and saving new hire records in database
• Ability to operate office equipment including, but not limited to: computers, copiers, printers
• I-9 Retention
• Type 40 WPM
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-Motivated
• Willing to accept and take on new responsibilities as needed
