Mauser Packaging Solutions in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking an HR Manager to lead all human resources activities at the manufacturing facility. You will partner with plant leadership to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent while ensuring compliance and a safe, inclusive workplace.

This role requires English/Spanish bilingual skills, 3+ years HR Generalist experience in manufacturing, knowledge of federal/state laws, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 3+ years HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Federal/State HR laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Leads day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling.
• Ensures fair administration of HR policies and practices.
• Manages onboarding, payroll support, and attendance records.
• Delivers training programs and maintains HRIS records.
• Partners with management on HR policies, safety, and compliance.
• Supports recruitment and interviews with hiring managers.
