Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager (English/Spanish) for our Hopkins, MN manufacturing facility. This onsite, contract-to-hire leadership role partners with executives to own the full HR function across all shifts, engaging employees and driving retention, compliance, recruiting, and development.

You will manage payroll using Paylocity, administer benefits, and lead training and safety initiatives while promoting a collaborative, results-driven culture in a growing

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• 5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple HR functions: Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Compliance.
• Primary HR contact for a 125+ employee workforce.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR leadership and employee support across shifts.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Administer payroll and benefits programs; support open enrollment.
• Coordinate training and development; support safety/compliance programs.
