Job summary

HRforGrowth is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator in Faribault, MN to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, temporary staffing, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred), 2+ years HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a multi-shift environment.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and/or temporary staffing preferred.
• HR certification preferred.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Coordinate temporary staffing agencies, including staffing requests, candidate submissions, start dates, assignment changes, and weekly timecard reporting.
• Process offer letters, confidentiality agreements, background checks, and new hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS records, and time/attendance systems.
• Manage employee ID/security badges and uniform programs.
• Review and process HR-related invoices.
• Answer employee HR questions and provide information regarding benefits, time off, and company policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and communicate findings to the HR Manager.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, service awards, events, and employee communications.
• Support training, safety initiatives, and other HR programs.
