Kelly seeks an experienced bilingual English/Spanish Human Resources Manager to support two manufacturing plants in Bedford Park, Illinois. This hands-on leadership role partners with plant leaders to coach supervisors and guide the local HR team through employee relations, workforce planning, and ongoing organizational change in a 24/7 setting.

You will lead a local HR team, partner with corporate HR, and have a path toward Senior Manager or Director, with a base salary of $100,000–$130,000

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required and demonstrated HR leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience as HR Manager in large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Experience with workforce planning, retention, and talent development.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic HR partner to plant leadership in a large-scale manufacturing setting.
• Coach and support supervisors on employee relations, performance and day-to-day people matters.
• Lead workforce planning, retention strategies, talent management, and succession planning.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership development with local HR team.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and drive proactive HR functions.
• Guide leaders through organizational change and foster a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with corporate HR and other locations on shared programs.
• Lead a local HR team including two HR Generalists, covering payroll and attendance, onboarding, and new-hire support.
