At Kelly®, we’re seeking an experienced, bilingual English/Spanish Human Resources Manager for a direct-hire opportunity supporting two manufacturing plants in Bedford Park, Illinois.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. You’ll partner closely with plant leaders, coach supervisors, and guide the local HR team through employee relations challenges, workforce planning, and ongoing organizational change. This role is suited to an experienced HR Manager—not someone seeking their first HR Manager position—and offers the opportunity to grow toward a Senior Manager or Director role.
Compensation: $100,000 - 130,000 base salary, plus potential annual bonus of up to 10% based on business and individual performance
Employment type: Direct hire
Location: Bedford Park, IL; supports two nearby plants with approximately 590 employees combined
The plants operate 24/7 across multiple shifts. This role requires schedule flexibility and a regular presence in the facilities; the workweek may average around 50 hours, including occasional on-call support. Weekend work is not typically expected unless an issue arises.
The benefits package includes a 401(k) with company match, medical, dental and vision coverage, FSA and HSA options, paid vacation and sick time, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and a wellness program. PTO is typically two weeks, with flexibility for up to three weeks.
Please note: The following benefits reflect Kelly's general offerings. Eligibility may vary by assignment, location, and job type.
Kelly offers eligible employees voluntary benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, a legal plan, and short-term disability. As a Kelly employee, you will have access to a retirement savings plan, service bonus and holiday pay plans (earn up to eight paid holidays per benefit year), and a transit spending account. In addition, employees are entitled to earn paid sick leave under the applicable state or local plan.
