Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication on plant floors and in HR processes.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as bilingual HR lead for on-site manufacturing facility operations.
• Handle employee relations, coaching, and documentation with supervisors.
• Support recruitment and bilingual onboarding of hourly workers.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and manage unemployment claims.
