Kelly in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a bilingual People Operations Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles and provide HR support across two local sites. You will recruit, onboard, and coach managers while ensuring compliant HR practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required are a Bachelor's in HR, 2-4 years' HR experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will collaborate with staffing agencies, improve processes, and maintain accurate HR records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 2-4 years of HR experience with hands-on recruiting and employee relations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, leave administration, and CA employment laws.
• Experience conducting investigations and handling confidential information.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions, from sourcing and interviewing through offers and onboarding.
• Build relationships with staffing agencies and develop talent pipelines to meet workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify ways to improve hiring results.
• Conduct workplace investigations, document findings, and recommend next steps.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee concerns.
• Support employees and leaders through sensitive workplace situations with professionalism.
• Assist with leave management, accommodations, and interactive process under employment laws.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee transitions, maintain HR records, and support engagement initiatives.
• Help improve HR processes and ensure California compliance.
