Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) to support employee relations, onboarding, training, and performance management across sites. The role will coordinate HR activities, ensure compliance with laws, and support recruitment and retention efforts.

Travel to various sites is required; experience in union and non-union environments is necessary, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and 2–4 years in HR. Salary range is $75,000–$85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 2–4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in both union and non-union environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate division HR responsibilities in employee relations, onboarding, training, and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal laws and policies.
• Partner with training to arrange development for employees and managers.
• Coach managers on employee relations issues and align with CBA policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage investigations as needed.
