Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborate with managers on required skills.
• Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Administer pay, benefits, and leave; enforce company policies and practices.
• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer and execute HR programs including performance and talent management.
• Handle inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; route complex issues.
• Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Stay informed on HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
