Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a key Human Resources partner for assigned locations. You will support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting and hiring initiatives, and compliance across the division.

You will work closely with Regional Coordinators, Recruiters, Operations leadership, and the Corporate HR team to ensure alignment with policies and business needs. This role requires travel to support divisions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting day-to-day HR operations and personnel services.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices.
• Ability to partner with Regional Coordinators, Recruiters, and Operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements and requisitions for open positions.
• Support the hiring process for salaried and designated roles.
• Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates, hiring managers, and HR team.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding workplace policies and practices.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for employee relations matters.
• Track and manage rehire requests and ensure accurate reporting and communication.
