NPAworldwide in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance across the employee lifecycle. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with 1–3 years in HR in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain HR records, assist with timekeeping, employee relations, training, and policy interpretation while ensuring consistent employment law compliance and excellent service to staff and management.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 1–3 years experience in human resources or HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Degree in human resources.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Customer-service mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment process: postings, screening, scheduling, references, offers.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment processes.
• Maintain confidential HR files and records.
• Process changes: hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, terminations.
• Assist with questions on policies, benefits, payroll, PTO, and HR matters.
• Support benefits administration and communication of benefits info.
• Assist payroll/timekeeping: attendance, PTO, punches.
• Monitor attendance and address performance issues.
• Support employee relations, coaching, investigations where needed.
• Prepare HR documents: disciplinary notices, letters, etc.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training deadlines.
• Support leaves, return-to-work, offboarding processes.
• Administer DOT/driver compliance and related testing.
