LHH is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support employees and leadership across multiple departments in Passaic County, NJ. This full-time role focuses on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, leave administration, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and has experience supporting a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment within the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
• Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and workers' compensation matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with leadership on recruiting, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support training and organizational development programs.
• Analyze HR trends and recommend process improvements.
