Our client is an established, woman-owned company that has been in business for more than 55 years and grown to 2,500+ employees. They’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join their HR team and take on a highly visible, hands-on role supporting employees and leaders.

Bilingual Spanish/English is a must. A large portion of the employee population is Spanish-speaking, and this person will handle employee relations conversations and investigations directly in Spanish. Fluency is required; translation tools will not be an option for this role.
