Job summary

Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and personnel administration. The role supports daily HR operations, benefits documentation, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an HR concentration, at least two years in HR, solid knowledge of labor laws and payroll (ADP preferred), and bilingual Spanish/English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an HR concentration.
• Minimum of two years in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processing; ADP preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Able to handle confidential information and deliver trainings.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll including calculations, record-keeping, and reports.
• Support daily HR department operations.
• Handle employee inquiries and prepare letters, certifications, and related documents.
• Coordinate recruitment: post vacancies, review resumes, interview candidates.
