Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a high-volume hourly workforce in manufacturing or distribution. The role is remote within Texas, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Delaware or New Jersey, with onsite travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a high volume hourly workforce in manufacturing or distribution.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and documenting findings.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings while coordinating with client locations.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for employee relations across multiple client locations.
• Communicate with associates in English and Spanish to understand concerns and support resolution.
• Conduct timely, thorough investigations into workplace concerns, including conduct, harassment, discrimination, attendance and policy violations.
• Interview associates and managers, gather statements, review records, and prepare objective summaries.
• Coach onsite leaders on documentation, performance management, and policy application.
• Manage employee relations requests through ticketing system and maintain case notes.
